Part Time Van Delivery Driver

We are looking for a Part time Van Delivery driver who holds a class 2 licence. The role would involve multi drop deliveries of our doors. Working 3 days a week covering Monday to Friday.

Duties:
– Safely and efficiently operate a delivery van to transport goods to customers
– Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries
– Load and unload products from the van at each delivery location
– Verify the accuracy of delivery contents with customers and obtain necessary signatures
– Communicate effectively with customers to ensure excellent service and address any concerns or issues
– Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
– Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving

Experience:
– Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred
– Familiarity with local roads and routes is a plus
– Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
– Experience working in a warehouse environment is beneficial
– Capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) repeatedly throughout the day
– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
– Commercial driving experience is a plus

Skills:
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order verification and documentation
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
– Good time management skills to ensure timely deliveries
– Customer service-oriented mindset
