Our journey began in a modest 1,000-square-foot facility at Wrights Yard. As the company grew, we moved to a 5,000-square-foot space in 1996. By 2005, our expanding demands required us to operate from a 15,000-square-foot facility.
In 2020, we expanded our operations by adding 11,000 square feet. Currently, our headquarters spans an impressive 67,000 square feet at Millennium Business Park.
Our Commitment to Innovation
Our commitment to innovation is demonstrated through our strategic approach to product development. From the introduction of our first Vac Forma technology in 1995 to our initial CNC machine implementation in 2003 and our acquisition of the Shubert Shubox Oven in 2022, we have consistently integrated advanced technologies to enhance our manufacturing capabilities and expand our product range.
The addition of our on-site spray booth in 2022 has significantly enhanced our ability to provide customised finishes, demonstrating our commitment to meeting your needs more effectively.
Earlier this year, we installed state-of-the-art Unilam Cool Temper machinery in our factory, significantly enhancing our glass toughening capabilities while improving overall production efficiency.

Embracing The Future with Technology
In line with our focus on technological advancement, we launched our bespoke online door designer in September 2018. This tool enables clients to collaborate more closely with their customers and view our products through a simple, interactive platform. The positive feedback we received highlighted an opportunity, prompting us to explore ways to sustain and build our legacy in the digital space. This awareness of the evolving landscape led to rebranding our logo and website five years later.
Our updated platform now includes a custom online ordering system, offering 24/7 instant ordering capabilities with streamlined processes for trade customers, as well as access to the full capabilities of Future Products. These enhancements demonstrate our commitment to staying aware of industry trends and providing seamless digital solutions that support our customers’ business operations.
With easy-to-navigate product pages and a user-friendly interface, our website is fully optimised for all devices, ensuring a consistent experience whether accessed via desktop, tablet, or smartphone.
