We are recruiting for Order Processor

We are looking for:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, telephone and administration skills, good computer skills with a high level of attention to detail are essential, understand the sales order process and follow enquiries through to completion. The suitable candidate should enjoy working within a fast-paced office/warehouse manufacturing environment. Do you have experience in the composite door/UPVC industry?

You should be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a small but busy team, and can learn quickly and multi-task.

Order processing in Window Designer, process checking order and making amendments, answering, and dealing with customer queries via email and telephone, covering other roles in the office to cover for absences.

Essential Skills and Experience

· Willingness to learn new skills and cross train

. Reliability, being able to show an excellent timekeeping and attendance record

Employment Details

· Work Location: On Site

· £12.50per hour

· Permanent, Full-time 39.5 hrs per week

· Monday to Friday, no weekends

· Working Hours 08.30-17.00 Monday to Thursday and 08.30-16.30pm on a Friday.

All products are manufactured from Future’s own factory which is close to Junction 29 off the M1 using the latest production technology.
